Incomparable Service
I found a truck that I was interested in on Autotrader's website. I had a few questions regarding the options on the vehicle that I wanted answered before I drove to the dealership to check it out in person. My questions were answered promptly via e-mail and I decided that the truck was exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership I was impressed with the number of staff on hand to assist me. Walter Wagner was the salesman that I dealt with. He was fair and honest and was even able to get an extra few hundred dollars off the already rock bottom price. I thought it was going to be too good to be true and there would be some hidden fees once we started doing paperwork, but I was wrong. I paid around $3,000 less than the market price for comparable trucks. I have two friends who recently purchased trucks like mine that are jealous of the deal that I got. Six months later the dealership, and Mr. Wagner himself, still follow up with me periodically to ensure that I am still happy with my purchase and that I haven't had any issues with the vehicle. It's nice to see a business, much less a car dealership, go the extra mile in this day and age. I will buy from Fowler Toyota in the future and recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
