I am very happy with everything except the return phone call from John Downs on Monday, May 21,2012. I called Mr. Downs three times on this date, left three messages and never received a return call. I finally reached Mr. Downs by calling the sales person who had waited on me, Mr. Louis Paris. He handed his phone to Mr. Downs and he then talked to me. I was concerned about the check I had written to Fowler. I wanted to make certain that it had not been cashed. I came up on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 and Mr. John Collins waited on me. He found the check and told me what I needed to do which I did. I then returned on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 and received my check and gave Mr. Collins the money in the form of checks from TFCU and One Main Financial made out to me, Janice Hinesley. I am now satisfied with all services after Mr. Collins took care of my needs. Thank you to all of you who helped me in purchasing my 2010 Toyota Corolla. I am very happy with my car.
