Very expensive for a quick fix.
The technician was prompt, friendly and appeared experienced. However, he spent 90 minutes "trouble shooting" and recommending services that would cost over $500. He fixed a switch in under 5 minutes and it cost $258 ($89 trip charge and $169 to troubleshoot). He then informed me if I wrote a positive review I would get a $25 gift card from the company. REALLY!?! I can't help but feel I was grossly overcharged for the services and ripped off! Sorry won't be using this company again.
