I just had South End Plumbing replace a water heater. I think the guys did a pretty good job about it. The only concern I have was that I did not realize how the piping would be connected at the top until it was done. Had I known how they were going to do it, I would have asked them to do it different. It's not a major problem, it's just that I could have a future problem, and I would have to open the wall up to take care of it, so that is the only concern I have.
