This was our first time using South End Plumbing. We called them for an estimate. We have a rental house that was my husband's house. It's an older house, he bought it in 1928, and needed some extensive work done on it. We called South End for an estimate. They were very nice and gave us an honest estimate. It was going to cost us, but not any more or any less than another plumber would be.

They went to work and pulled out all of the old pipes and replaced them with new ones. They even found two leaks when they were working and fixed those. They also replaced the faucets, spigots and shower nozzle. We told them to pick out some good replacements and they did, it looks great. Also, our water is running clear from rust, and that's great!

They came when they said they would and were done in the amount of time they said they'd be done in. They charged the amount they had estimated and it was well worth it! They were friendly, professional and did a very good job. They are the ones we'll call if we have plumbing needs!
