Bill came out and fixed my damaged door and gave some tips to keep it running smoothly. It runs better now than it did before! My only complaint is that while he earnestly tried to fix my door and he had to answer the phone calls being forwarded from the business line to his cell, through no fault of his own. He could have easily left 20 minutes earlier if he was not side tracked. But he did a gem of a job!
