I found Above & Beyond on the web. The reviews looked great and they serviced my type of garage door opener. The web site was easy to use and very clear. I called and described my problem. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a price over the phone. He said "how would you like to have it fixed tomorrow morning?" The work was done the next day and I could tell that they not only fixed the spring but performed general maintenance on the system (grease, adjustments) for the quoted price. The door works great and it is much quieter. Thank you!
