I'm amazed how they continue with so much passion, giving out their work and all the time being very attentive, very supportive, and being flexible in our needs and adjusting to our schedule. We have to vary our schedule according to seasons and according to specific needs, and they're always very open to hear our needs and adapt to our needs.
