I was contacted by John from Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning, though I can't remember how exactly I first heard about them. I know I went online at some point, and that I also called my next door neighbor who had their AC done by them too. I have a good friend who did AC for a certain company, but now he works for a hospital and doesn't do AC anymore. He saw the work they did for my neighbor and said it looked great. That was when I asked my neighbor who did it, and he said Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning.

So, as I was saying, I called John, and I remember him very well. He was very friendly and very professional. He came in, sat down, and consulted with me real quick, asking what I wanted. I told him what I want, then I called him the next day and told him to get started, so it was actually a pretty easy process.
