I have a regular tech that shows up every 2 months, on time, as scheduled, same old same old but ALWAYS asks if I have any special areas I want sprayed or any new problems since last time. Also in the spring lays down pellets to ward off ant hills in the lawn. I have called for resprays and whatever tech is in the area comes that same day...worth every penny and we are bug free inside and out!
