I first used Authorized Appliance Repair Company when LG recommend them to fix a product for me. I have to say that LG's choice of Authorized Appliance as their repair company in this area has sealed the deal for me regarding them as a manufacturer. Val, the service guy, makes my problems go away easily. He is very communicative, and will tell me upfront what he plans to do to diagnose a problem, and what course he will take for the repairs.

Authorized Appliance go above and beyond. They are here when they say they will be, and always call ahead. They do all the right things. I appreciate, too that Val will tell me if he doesn't agree with the LG tech support on how to repair a product. He will try what LG recommends, but he always has a backup plan if it doesn't work out. I'm very pleased with the service.
