Greg came out to diagnose my LG washer and dryer and he was wonderful! He explained everything and the prices were reasonable. When Val returned to complete the job, I was kind of upset that Greg didn't come back. I found out he is in the military and was on his active duty and they didn't want to delay my repair. Val was just as competent and my washer and dryer are like new again! Both were polite and clean. I will never use another company
