I made an appointment to have my Fridge ice maker fixed, they showed up promply and discovered the problem right away, they gave me a price to repair the unit which I Ok'd, the service man promply installed the new parts for a price of $179 (he even wiped down my counter top and put the food neatly back into the freezer). After the istallation I contacted Samsung and discovered the unit was still under warranty; I called Authorized Appliance and asked if they could help me get the unit covered under warranty. WOW was I ever surprised, they went out of thier way and dealt with Samsung and took care of it. They didn't have to do this for me, I am forever grateful. It is rare to find a company that will offer this kind of service, a special thank you to Donna, what a wonderful person!!
