Authorized appliance claims to be an authorized repair service. What does that mean? Nothing! They were at our home numerous times to repair a wine chiller and charged us excessive amounts of money, while the unit still refused to work. They wanted to pull the unit out and take it to their shop to fix. Why??? They didn't know what they were doing. We finally called subzero national customer service and they recommended Tricity repair service. Tricity is the only subzero factory authorized repair service in Arizona. Tricity repair informed us that a total rebuild is necessary on our unit because of the way Authorized Appliance did more harm to the unit in its "repair". Avoid this company.
