Techs are always competent and thorough. They are friendly and considerate of covering their shoes when they come in and protecting carpet, etc. They answer questions to my satisfaction. Office is friendly and scheduling is easy, as they try to accommodate customer need. I have used them for several years for regular system checkups and winterizing, etc. Techs have made some minor mistakes in past, but company always corrects promptly and appropriately.
See summary. My only reason company did not get 5 stars is because of a series of scheduling problems when installing my new A/C this year. The ball was dropped more than once and even the manager was a bit exasperated over it. They handled it well and gave me an additional discount to compensate.
