Southwest Heating came to look at my burner and change the filter. I don't really know what I got out of their services because all I needed was a clean, a check for leaks, and a filter replacement for 29.95. This was done, but the serviceman then told the salesman at Southwest that I needed a new unit without my knowledge so the next day a salesman arrived at my door trying to sell me an entirely new, expensive unit that I did not need.
