Basically, my furnace stopped working. I didn't know what the problem was, so Southwest Heating's technician came down to troubleshoot. He fixed the problem the first time, and before leaving said to call him if we had any issues and he'd come back.

Two hours later, the problem came back. I called him and he came right back. I was afraid he wouldn't be able to come back that day, but he did and he fixed it. He was prompt and he stuck to his word. I like the service.
