The gentleman from Johnny's Appliance & Refrigeration Repair that came by was here for just over an hour. He explained everything he was doing, and everything made sense. I could understand and appreciate what he was doing. He had a good rapport, and he was a very personable, nice guy. He was very confident too, and I would recommend him to anybody.
