I have been very pleased with Service Specialties Inc., and their replacement of our air-conditioning and furnace systems. Bacon, the service person who comes in, is wonderful in terms of his customer service. The other people who came here that followed up on us were also great. In the last couple of years, we have had them replace an air-conditioner and heating system.
