Two or three months ago, Service Specialties Inc. installed a whole new air conditioner. We've had contracts with them for twenty years. They do everything. They come out to do the six month contract checkup on the air conditioner and they do all the repairs. They're great!

They're fast, very professional, and very, very nice people. I tell everybody to sign up with them if they can. They're dependable. You call them and they get right back to you and you don't wait around at all. They come right by and always show up on time.
