I called BK Plumbing & Bath for an estimate on a new water heating system, which I'm still deliberating about. Although I haven't yet gone through with the project, I was so impressed by the employees' professionalism and the way they handled themselves that I was compelled to leave a review. I actually called the company and spoke with the owner to compliment the employees, and the owner actually wrote me a letter thanking me for the input. Overall, it was just top notch communication. They were excellent through and through. Give them raises!
