The knowledge, dedication, and diligence of the installation team from BC Express was superb! They did everything possible to assure us that we had heat overnight, even though another day's work remained to complete the installation. They worked through their normal meal times, and I think also beyond their normal working hours. The installation was more complicated than I expected, and appears to be performing perfectly. Visiting different parts of the house were necessary and they showed proper respect for our property and left a minimum of traces of their visits. I cannot praise their team too highly!
