I'm not one to take the time to write reviews, but my treatment by Steven and Howie at ABC collision was too extraordinary not to share. Their honesty alone will keep me a loyal customer of this establishment. My 2013 Audi was in another body shop for damage to the undercarriage but the estimate sounded very high and I would have to use my insurance to pay which I wanted to avoid if possible. I called Howie to explain and he arranged for the car to be transferred to his shop. He called me the next day and told me his estimate and it was literally a quarter of the price!! The other body shop was trying to change parts that didn't even have to be changed and foot the bill to my insurance company. Not only did Howie tell me this but he also insisted on picking me up from my job and bringing me to the shop so I can see what was and wasn't damaged. How's THAT for honesty! I avoided an insurance claim and had the car fixed perfectly. They also picked me up from work when my car was ready and brought me to their shop to pick up the car.. Who does this anymore??? I highly recommend these guys as they are top notch businessmen, a competent repair shop, as well as real nice guys..
