My one complaint is Mario kept only using the snake machine for appx. 30 ft. After 4 or 5 attempts he finally put the snake in at lest 40/50 ft. That is where he finally found the clog. It took 2 hrs. and I feel if he had just done the 40/50 ft after the first or second try it would have been unclogged faster and less charge to me.
