Airplus of California came to fix our furnace. Mike was the one who came to service our unit. He was very prompt, responsive, and professional. He had his little booties on immediately! We have babies who are learning to crawl, so we appreciated that. We didn't even have to ask him to put them on. He thought about it right away. He wasn't in my house for a long time, he explained everything he was doing, and he made extra sure we knew how to work the thermostat. He also cleaned our filter. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
