Inspection/cleaning done on fireplace with gas logs at a vacant rental. When we showed up to the home the tech had the ladder up against the front of the home and was ready to climb up on the tile roof!!! Luckily we showed up when we did and asked him to move the ladder to the rear of the house where the fireplace was so he didn't walk on the tiles which ALWAYS RESULTS IN CRACKED TILES. He was in and out in 15-20 minutes and did not make a mess in the house. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
