When I called up A-1 Chimney and Service to ask some questions, the person whom I spoke to was very thorough and was really able to make me understand what he was talking about relating to my chimney. When the guy came out for the service call, he was great, so I was very pleased with the service overall, and that's why I would definitely recommend them.
