It was the one and only time I used A-1 Chimney and Service, and they had very good professionalism. They educated me on what the process was. For example, I didn't know that there were backup vents to dryers, especially if you live in a two story house. They are supposed to vent out of the wall so the debris and exhaust can dissipate outside. When this house was built they didn't do that. It was a wonder that I didn't have more problems, or even a fire, over the 14 years I've had this house. They did me a great favor, and I would certainly recommend them.
