L.A. Carpet Warehouse didn't install the same carpet that I ordered. I had given him a sample of it to take with him to make sure he ordered the right one. It was the right color but I hadn't realized it was the wrong carpet until it was already installed and the furniture was back in its place. It's shaggier than it's supposed to be. The installers and the installation itself was great and he did offer to take it up but it was too late.
