I took my car for annual inspection and tire balance/rotation. I had carefully inspected my car and tires in their parking lot before I gave it to them. One hour later they called me and showed me a shiny screw stuck in the side wall of one tire. This was definitely not caused by me. At the end I had to pay for one pair of new tires.
