It was a good experience. The measuring just wasn't right twice, and there was a little delay on their part then no apology from the head boss. Sometimes, that's just what's needed. When you mess up, just say sorry yourself. Don't use employees to say it, especially when you did the measurements. Just be able to say you're sorry. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
