Excellent loaders, misleading estimate

The final delivery cost will be twice what I understood it would be. Could be my fault, but since I wasn't given a written estimate I don't know.

This customer did not have her things delivered, she had them put into storage and did not understand that there is a charge to put items into and out of storage. We even drove her to the airport to get a rent-a-car.(no charge)
