Received estimate did not include an itemized breakdown of charges, surcharges, and fees. I feel a little bit duked by withheld info. Also, procedures not clearly identified. It was never clear what the charges and payment procedures were until time of payment when i had to accept their honesty about the additional charges not identified. This is Very unprofessional. No wonder your industry has such a bad rap for hidden and additional charges and services. It is not good practice to upset your client.
