Air conditioning unit stopped working. Service tech (Rick) made a diagnostic service call and was able to identify the problem within minutes. He also made some recommendations that would help our system run more efficiently. I would recommend Gilmore to anyone and feel comfortable that they would be in good hands. It's refreshing to find a reliable company that still cares about customers.
