everything was very easy and convenient starting from the call to schedule to the actual service. when i called the person that i spoke to was friendly and very helpful. on the actual day of service they were on time, gave us a lot of info on what was going to happen and work quickly and efficiently. all of the stains were removed. my carpets look like new. i am very impatient with scheduling and having people come to my home because usually scheduling is a problem, the window is huge, you sit at home waiting for hours, they show up late, etc. but i was (am) very happy with chem-dry. i really reccomend them.
