It's so easy to recommend Portico just because they made it seem so simple! I could imagine other vendors that could make if feel more complicated than it actually is. When Ken came out, I happened to have a builder friend of mine with me by chance, whom I consider one of the most knowledgeable guys in the field, and Ken knew pretty much everything there is to know about the house. When he was done with the inspection, he sent me an electronic report the next day, which made things really easy. It was everything I was looking for!
