We had our bedroom, diningroom, bathroom, kitchen and dinette floors refinished. The dining room had a piano in it from the previous owners and the pads under the legs blead black ink through the old finish into the wood. Phil was prepared to replace the boards at a very reasonable price but the heavy duty sander was able to remove the stains. The bathroom floor was painted over and again the sander completely removed the finish to the bare wood.

I had 4 quotes and The hardwood Giant was tied with the higher one. I absolutely made the right decision to have them do the job. The 2 to 3 man crew were extremely talented in their craft. I knew the first day while observing their professional skill and knowledge that I made the right decision. Everyone took the time to keep us informed and in the loop as to all the decisions about the stain and finish.
The advice was always with our best interest in mind. Phil said he hand picked each and every member of his crews and it shows in the excellent job they do. They were also very polite and tidy and made every effort to miminize the dust from the sanding by covering and sealing off areas with plastic.

We will have The Hardwood Giant finish other parts of our home in the future and I highly recommend you do the same. John Stuart
