Arrived promptly, fixed my problem, answered all questions.
Service person was knowledgable in his field and was able to rectify a problem without going on to the roof to do so. Did a full evaluation of property and left a list of items needing attention. I'm glad he did this as I was unaware of some of these problems. He was not pushy to order anything which I loved. Will call this company again to fix problems I am now aware of.
