Barr Chem-Dry responded quickly and got someone out fast who did good work. They just cleaned the master bedroom and basement carpets, and I was impressed at how quickly they could get someone out to do it in a couple of days. The first day the person arrived on time, but the second day they didn't--and I had to call to ask where they were. I would possibly use them again just because I already used them once.
