I had used Barr Chem-Dry before and had them come out a second time to clean my carpets. The man who came to do the cleaning was very quick, nice, and personable and did a great job with my carpets. He was on time and I like that he told me exactly what he was going to do and answered any questions that I had while he was there. Prices are definitely competitive with Barr Chem-Dry. It has been a very good experience with them so far and I would not hesitate to use them again!!
