Negative 2 hr. late arrival; negative front end experience. Movers themselves were highly skilled, respectful and did a good job.
They were two hours late arriving, with no phone call to let us know what was going on. I had to try and reach them. The front end guy, Doug, was very good to my daughter, but he was not cooperative with my needs. It took some doing on my part to "get there"; i.e., even though I requested Sunday, and I explained why I needed to move on Sunday (July 1st), he did the proposal for July 2nd. One of the guys I requested was not assigned - so it was a new guy -- would have been nice to know that. The movers themselves are hard working and do a good job. They make very little money for all that they do. I respected their moving skills and the extras they do to help make it a positive moving experience. I would give them four stars. But the front end experience was negative. Better communication would go a long way and following through on what the customer needs....
