I called ClimateSmith to refill the freon in my old unit. They responded quickly, and the people were courteous and professional. I have a family member that usually services my AC, but they were out of town. Even so, ClimateSmith's pricing is fair, and I would call them again. They're a small company that's family-owned and operated, and I like that about them. I would recommend them to anyone.
