Our thermostats went down and blanked out early in the morning of a day when the temperature was supposed to rise to 90 degrees! After reaching out to friends and unable to get a solid recommendation, I took a shot in the dark and reached out to ClimateSmith. My great experience started with the receptionist who helped walk me through some basic troubleshooting and was extremely pleasant before scheduling my appointment with Sam. Sam arrived and quickly began his troubleshooting. Once he discovered the problem, not only did he fix it, he explained and diagrammed the system for my boyfriend (an engineer) so that he knew how to address it in the future as well as how our zone system worked in general. I would recommend and call upon ClimateSmith again, hands down!
