Installation crew arrived as expected and was courteous and helpful. Installation was seamless and they didn't leave a mess behind..
Crew was helpful in coordinating installation (one room at a time)so that my cat couldn't get out of any of the windows. I put post-its on my windows so that they would see right away which ones were mine (on the 4th floor). I'm very pleased with the look and efficiency of the windows and I'm thrilled to have windows that work properly!
