I've had lots of different people come and clean our carpets. Envirocare was recommended to us, and we had them out. We have a nice carpet which is about 3 1/2 years old and they did a beautiful job on it. He took his time. Most people who come were in and out within a half hour, this guy spent almost 2 hours doing everything and got soap out from last year when I had it cleaned. They got spots out that no one else was able to get out.
