Appliance Man's service was very good. I had one of their competitors to come out and try and fix the problem with this front loading dishwasher under warranty. The competitor did nothing other than determine what wasn't wrong with it, then they left, saying the next time I called them they would do something about what was wrong with it.

Then I tried Appliance Man. The guy quickly found what was wrong, but he didn't have the parts in the truck, so he had to go get them, which was a serious disadvantage for me. I had to spend a half day of vacation time waiting. He said he would come back in about a week and half, so I had to spend another four hours of valuable vacation time to be here, but he was excellent putting the components in. He was very inclusive with the problems he found as well, going back to the truck to get all the equipment he might need for all the potential problems. It was a good use of my time, and I have not had a problem since he's come, so that's good. The only thing I would request of Appliance Man is that they would keep more components and parts in the truck so that when they come the first time they can just complete it in the first four hours.
