We could not be more pleased. We had "saved up" several jobs, to be tackled in one trip: three toilet repairs, a kitchen faucet repair, and an ancient washtub faucet replacement. Kramer's two-man team arrived exactly when scheduled, got all the work done in far less time than we had expected, explained problems/solutions/costs clearly and completely before beginning, gave excellent advice about options--and now everything is working better than new.
