I have been a customer of Kramer & Sons since March 1998 and would stay with them
I had 2 big jobs:
1) 9/28/11 - replacing damaged original(1987 when my home was constructed) piping (sewer lateral) under my front yard after my basement was flooded twice requiring snakes.
2) 10/03/11 - replacing rusting leaking water heater tank although it was only about 8 years ago (also installed by Kramer).
I am hearing-impaired; Kramer & Sons was very understanding regarding my use of email and telephone relay for the hearing-impaired to communicate effectively with them.
