I can count on Kramer to come when they say they will and do excellent work, explaining in detail what they are doing, what the options are, and what it will cost. The only downside is that they seem very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. They do lay out up front all costs and stick to them, even if the job takes longer than expected.
