Well mannered, friendly, professional people. Were on time, did not try to talk us into more work then needed.
Krammer's repair people came on time. They wore protective shoe covers. They did an excellent job. Some service companies will try to talk you into doing more work then is need, Krammer doesn't. Their repair people were the politest, friendlest and but very pro-fessional. I was very happy with their work, professionalism and so well mannered, for such young people.
